The Treatment

Dre. Christine Hindié will perform a scan or an impression of your teeth. The recordings will be sent to Invisalign and a digital model will be developed. Then she will move the teeth on the digital model to trace your best smile, from start to finish.

The length of treatment will depend on your particular condition, but the average duration of treatment with Invisalign® is 14 months.

The Aligners

Each set of aligners should be worn for about two weeks, removing them only for eating, drinking, brushing teeth and flossing. Since each aligner must be replaced by the next one in the series, your teeth move little by little, week after week, until they reach the final position.

About once every six weeks, a follow-up visit is required to ensure that treatment is progressing as planned. Once the treatment is finished and the teeth are aligned, a retention mean will be put in place to maintain your teeth in this new position.
